The problem
Appointments got booked, and then the CRM work started: update the record, tag the contact, send the confirmation. Done by hand, so sometimes done late and sometimes not at all.
What I built
An automated appointment workflow in GoHighLevel where the booking itself does the admin:
- Booking status changes trigger the workflow instantly
- Tags apply and update automatically per appointment state
- Confirmation emails send without anyone hitting send
- Opportunity records update to match reality
The result
Every booked appointment triggers the right follow-up with zero manual action. The CRM stays accurate on its own.
