The problem

What I built
A full lead nurturing system in n8n that treats follow-up as a system, not a discipline problem:
- Lead scoring on entry, so priority is decided by data
- Multi-step email sequences that keep every lead moving
- Follow-up reminders that fire themselves
- Priority-based agent assignment with rotation
- Every touch logged to the CRM automatically
The result
No lead goes uncontacted. Follow-up happens at every stage without anyone remembering to do it.
