The problem

What I built

A full lead nurturing system in n8n that treats follow-up as a system, not a discipline problem:

  • Multi-step email sequences that keep every lead moving
  • Follow-up reminders that fire themselves
  • Priority-based agent assignment with rotation
  • Every touch logged to the CRM automatically

The result

No lead goes uncontacted. Follow-up happens at every stage without anyone remembering to do it.
