The problem
The finance team was entering data by hand, and reports were always behind reality. By the time numbers reached the people who needed them, they were stale.
What I built
A reporting pipeline in Make, built with accounting-level care for the numbers:
- Pulls financial data directly from the Xero API
- Iterators and router logic process every record type correctly
- Google Sheets reconciliation keeps the numbers verifiable
- Reports upload to Asana where the team already works
The result
Financial reporting fully automated. Zero manual data entry, and reports stay synced in real time.
